TERMS OF SERVICE
• About the orders: Submit the form. I'll review my schedule and confirm if I can take your commission. Once your invoice is delivered, you'll have 72 hours to complete the payment.
• About the deadline: The average commission completion time is 2 months. Please inform me about your expected completion date, but this deadline may affect whether or not I can accept your commission at the time. The urgent commission (less than 1 month) will include an extra charge (+35%). Working time starts counting only when payment is received from the client.
The artist's rights and responsibilities
- I reserve the right to decline any commission order I feel uncomfortable with. Please note that I will not accept 100% copying of reference materials to avoid copyright infringement.
- The progress of the commission will be uploaded through Trello
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, on social media, and in my portfolio unless you request it to be kept private. If you want to keep it private, there will be a 30% extra charge for privacy.
The client’s rights and responsibilities
- Must not rush the work if it's still within the due date.
- It is important to note that to order NSFW artwork, you must be at least 18 years old. If any violation of this rule is found, you will be banned from further purchases.
- Commissions are for personal use only. Credit me if you post them on social media. Don't edit or crop them; ask for my help instead.
- DO NOT use my art for AI art generation.
- If both parties approve the artwork for commercial use, the artist grants permission to use it for commercial purposes, excluding NFTs and blockchain technology.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
• I only accept payments through PayPal and local banks (for Vietnamese customers).
• All prices listed are in USD/VND currency and are base prices excluding transaction fees.
• An invoice with payment details will be sent once you confirm your commission request.
• Full payment, including the PayPal/local banks transaction fee, is required upfront before I start working on your commission.
• Returning clients can pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% after sketch approval.
• Payment must be made within 72 hours, or the commission will be canceled.
• Only 50% refunds are allowed up to the preview sketch stage.
• FULL REFUNDS is available if I haven't started or if I encounter issues.(***)
REFUND CASES
1. If you cancel the commission when receiving my notification (***) and after the sketch is approved, but still on the due date, you will only be eligible for a 50% refund.
2. If you still wish to receive the completed product that is overdue, please note the following:
- The commission will be completed within the next 15 days.
- You will get a 70% refund.
I will not use the final product as a sample for my personal portfolio.
3. If you wish to cancel the commission that has passed the due date, the following options are available:
You will receive a complete refund of the amount paid by you along with a compensation fee of 30%, but your name will not be included in the credits.
Or, you will receive a complete refund of the amount paid by you along with a compensation fee 15% along with full credit to you.
Please note that the finished product will still be used as a sample for my personal portfolio.
